MY FRIEND ABBY’S SHINING TOGETHER FOR SUICIDE PREVENTION
Please join My Friend Abby’s “Shining Together for Suicide Prevention” on World Suicide Prevention Day, Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at 6:00 PM at the Trumbull Town Hall Gazebo.
We invite you to this FREE community event to help us create hope through action, hear from guest speakers, have the opportunity to walk with one another and take a few moments to write a message or name on a luminary. These luminaries will serve as symbols of remembrance for those affected by suicide and as beacons of hope and awareness for suicide prevention. Light refreshments will be served. As we close out the event, we will have a moment of silence and light a candle.
What: 4th Annual event – MFA’s: Shining Together For Suicide Prevention
This is a FREE event, which will include guest speakers, light refreshments, a luminary decorating, and an optional walk! Before we close out the event, guests will receive a glow stick and we will have a moment of silence and “light a candle”.
Who: Anyone is welcome! We encourage you to save the date and look out for an upcoming eventbrite page.
