The end of summer and the beginning of autumn have been extremely eventful for IASP. Highlights have included being able to meet in person again for the European Symposium on Suicide and Suicidal Behaviour (ESSSB), as well as globally impactful campaigns surrounding World Suicide Prevention Day (WSPD) and World Mental Health Day (WMHD).

On June 17th 2021, the World Health Organisation (WHO) launched the Live Life Implementation Guide. This resource has been developed for the purpose of supporting countries in their efforts to prevent suicide by means of implementing effective interventions to save lives.
