Q. Is this an In-person or Virtual Conference?

A. This is an in-person event only and IASP looks forward to welcoming delegates to Minneapolis.

Q. What if I register and then change my mind and no longer wish to attend? 

A. Our cancellation policy applies. All cancellations and alterations to registrations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. 

If the cancellation notice is received prior to October 1, 2024 – 50% will be retained. 

If the cancellation notice is received post October 1, 2024 – 100% will be retained.  

Q. Can I pass my registration to others if I am unable to attend? 

A. Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome however details of the substitute delegate must be advised to the Conference Secretariat prior to the commencement of the conference.

Q. Are there any Bursaries available?

A. If we are fortunate enough to secure funding for bursaries, the team will make an application form available on the conference website.

Q. Will there be childcare available during the Congress?

A.There will be no childcare facilities available for this event.
