Q. When will virtual registration details be sent out?

A. Virtual registration details were sent out to those who had registered online and completed payment by Monday 20th September 2021.

Q. Is the Congress still happening?

A. Due to the rolling restrictions and border closures in Australia, we held a 100% virtual congress. All in person registrations were converted to virtual registrations and the difference in registration cost refunded less costs.

Q. Early Bird Registration closing date 

A. Early Bird was extended to August 30th 2021.

Q. Will all sessions be recorded for later viewing by registered delegates?

A. Yes, they will be and are available on the Congress Virtual Platform which delegates can access with their personal conference link.

Q. When will the full congress recordings be available to registered delegates? 

A. Recordings will start to be uploaded before the Congress is finished and all recordings will be available by the end of September. 

Q. When will the final program be released?

A. The final program is available on the website.

Q. Will I receive a certificate of attendance?

A. Yes, certificates of attendance were emailed to all delegates post Congress.

Q. Can I attend in-person if I am living outside of Australia?

A. The Congress was virtual and not available in person. 

Q. What if I have changed my mind and didn't attend?
