Join us in observing World Suicide Prevention Day, a significant day dedicated to highlighting the importance of suicide prevention and supporting those facing mental health challenges. This year, we embrace the theme “Changing the Narrative on Suicide,” aiming to transform how we discuss and understand suicide.

We have an impactful lineup of guest speakers who will share their personal journeys, providing invaluable insights and fostering a deeper understanding of mental health struggles and recovery. A complimentary lunch will be provided for all attendees, offering a chance to connect and reflect on the discussions.

Guest Speakers:

Five years after her recovery, she decided to share her raw and honest account of living with bulimia and depression. Niamh’s story details her 31 days in the hospital, feeling worthless, and her eventual journey to recovery, offering hope and inspiration to others facing similar battles.
  • Steve Caldwell: Host of the podcast “Here’s the Thing,” Steve Caldwell will share his profound mental health journey, detailing his experiences with burnout, depression, and anxiety. Steve’s story highlights the depths of his struggles and the steps he took toward recovery, providing a powerful narrative on overcoming the darkest periods of one’s life.
